  • Designed and managed the development of all marketing collateral, and ensured documents are well-branded, have a consistent appearance and clear identity.

  • Critically and qualitatively reviewed RFP’s/RFQ’s, etc. for requirements, developed proposal structure and contents to address the requirements and took an active role in adhering to the requirements.

  • Managed the process and organization of proposal assets, presentation materials, and all visual graphics and images.

  • Responsible for supporting all departments and divisions by executing a wide range of creative solutions. 

  • Graphic design projects include brochure design, printed sales materials, project updates, map creation, monitor slide design, newsletter design, and ongoing website development support. 

  • Served as the keeper of the brand, by completing audits on all presentations and assets that colleagues use.

  • Managed the digital asset manager by organizing, photoshopping, and naming, over 1000 photo and video assets.

  • Designed and implemented presentation templates to the entire organization, and working with colleagues to routinely update and design pre-approved slides.

  • Assisted in video development by shooting, scripting, editing, and publishing video campaigns. Including the largely anticipated virtual 2020 State of the Port.

  • Served as the sole photo and video expert in the organization to capture and document new equipment, large events, and project updates. Also communicated with drone pilots and other contractors for larger projects.

  • Championed the social media design strategy for the port by researching the opportunity for greater social media engagement on all platforms, conducting surveys, developing unique platform personas, measuring analytics, and collaborating across all divisions.

  • Managed all 4 social media accounts by planning an editorial calendar, developing, designing social media content, strategically posting, managing platform personas, tracking marketing programs to nurture leads and engage customers, and providing monthly recommendations that enhance future performance and measurements. Doubled the engagement and increased followers on all 4 channels. 

  • Supported the design and development of an updated brand experience guideline by providing ongoing creative input along with long-term design strategy collaboration with the design manager. 

  • Proposed ideas and strategies based on trends to identify gaps and opportunities to better optimize processes and systems.
